Built for Epos Now retailers
See what changed.
Know what to do next.
Go beyond the standard Epos Now reports with one connected view of sales, stores, products, stock, customers, loyalty, staff and basket behaviour.
Read-only by default · Server-side credential encryption · Demo data always labelled
Your stores are 6.4% ahead of 1–18 Jun 2026.
1,284 demo transactions are included. 71.8% have a customer attached.
Start with the business question
The Epos Now data you already have, joined up.
Choose the question you need to answer, then move into the actual Epos KPI reports that support it.
See which store changed—and what drove it.
Compare exact periods, like-for-like scope, basket behaviour and margin coverage without stitching together separate exports.
Actual product tour
This is how Epos KPI really looks.
The screens, report names, cards and table structures mirror the current product. Only the figures and sample-store names are fictional.

See secure workspace access- Credential handling
- Encrypted before database storage; keys are never returned to the browser.
- Default behaviour
- Read-only connection recommended. Supported write-back is separately enabled and approved.
- Data honesty
- Importing, incomplete, failed and stale states remain visible instead of appearing as zero.
- Human judgement
- Staff and loss-prevention signals prompt a fair review; they never claim misconduct as fact.

Questions worth asking
Before you connect.
Does Epos KPI replace Epos Now?+
No. Epos Now remains your source system. Epos KPI helps you review selected imported data and find clearer next questions and actions.
Can I explore it without connecting data?+
Yes. The guided demo uses fixed fictional data and is visibly labelled. It never mixes with a connected workspace.
Will it change my Epos Now records?+
Not by default. Supported write-back is opt-in, owner or admin controlled, re-checked and audited.
How long does the first import take?+
Smaller accounts may take minutes; larger multi-store or multi-year accounts can take hours or longer. Progress is staged and saved so the interface can show what has completed.
